you, in reply to your letter No.10091/1919-20, of the

4th instant, that according to the information in the

possession of this Department Chinese labour is not

required in Palestine and that His Lordship entirely

concurs in the reply which the Secretary of State for

the Colonies proposes to return to the Government of

Hongkong.
